Cancellation Policy:
I understand things happen! All I kindly ask for is communication on any scheduling changes with as much notice as possible or at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you have to cancel within 24 hours, 100% of the service is still required. By creating a client card or booking with me, you are agreeing to these terms.
If you’d like to reschedule, to avoid a fee please reschedule upon cancellation.
Let me know if you are running late! Please understand though, I may have to reschedule your appointment (with the cancellation fee due) or shorten your service. We’re all busy and some days our schedules cannot budge, but I promise to do my best to work with you!
